For more than 120 years since its inception, Amano Enzyme has evolved within the unique world of Japanese culture and tradition. We are therefore steeped in an ethos of living in harmony with nature and taking good care of things. Japan’s ancient tradition of brewing sake, miso, and soy sauce using koji mold is a history of biotechnology that Japan has proudly shared with the world and built a global reputation from. This biotechnology is a wonderful expression of human wisdom, born of nature and exemplifying a harmonious coexistence with nature. And at the core of this biotechnology are enzymes.
