Amano Enzyme Successfully Hosts the 8th Sino-Japan Joint Symposium on Enzyme Technology

Objective:
This symposium was held to showcase the latest enzyme research in the food processing field in Japan and China and to deepen industry-academia collaboration between the two countries.

Amano Enzyme co-hosted the 8th Sino-Japan Joint Symposium on Enzyme Technology with Jiangnan University and Jiaxing Future Food Research Institute.
With the current China’s aging population & increasing health awareness trend in recent years, this year’s symposium chose the theme of “Healty Foods and Enzymes” as the main focus.
The event brought together 113 participants from companies and universities. Through presentations by eight speakers from Japan and China, as well as active discussions, participants shared insights on enzyme safety assessment, applications, latest technologies, and market trends.
